Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book cleaning or turnover services from Kleen Up Solutions. Booking a job means you agree to them.
Effective September 22, 2026. Questions? Email hello@kleenupsolutions.com or call +1 (984) 396-8389.
Who we are
Kleen Up Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning across the North Carolina Triangle, including apartment turnovers, house cleaning, janitorial service, interior painting, carpet and floor care, window cleaning, and pressure washing.
Work is performed by vetted independent contractors, not employees. Every contractor completes ID verification and background-check screening before working in your space. We remain your point of contact and are responsible for the service you booked.
Estimates and final price
The price shown when you book is an estimate based on what you tell us: service type, bedroom count, number of units. It is not a fixed bid.
If the space differs materially from what was described, we will contact you before doing additional work. Examples include heavy build-up requiring specialty treatment, a unit significantly larger than described, or debris removal beyond ordinary cleaning. You are never charged more than the estimate without your approval.
Payment
There is no deposit and no payment up front. You are invoiced after the job is finished and you have received your completion photos.
Residential invoices are due on receipt. Commercial and property-management accounts are billed on the terms in their service agreement, typically net 30. You can pay by check, direct deposit, or online where that option is offered.
Invoices unpaid 30 days past their due date may pause further scheduling until the balance is settled.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation
Booking online submits a request. We confirm your date and time by email, usually within a few hours. A job is not scheduled until you receive that confirmation.
You can reschedule or cancel from your client portal or by contacting us. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the crew can be redirected. We may reschedule for weather, crew illness, or inability to access the property, and will always offer the next available slot.
Access to your property
You are responsible for making sure we can get in. That means a working lockbox or gate code, a key left where you said it would be, or someone present to let the crew in.
Entry instructions you provide are shared only with the contractor assigned to your job and the staff coordinating it. If a crew arrives and cannot access the property, we will contact you; a repeat visit may be billed as a new job.
Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medication, and irreplaceable items before your appointment.
Photo documentation
Our crews photograph each job before and after the work. These photos are how we verify quality and how you confirm the work was done. They are sent to you on completion and kept in your client portal.
Photos are stored privately and are used for quality review, dispute resolution, and contractor training. We do not publish photos of your property, use them in advertising, or share them with anyone outside your job without asking you first.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of the job and we will come back and correct it at no charge. That is the fastest and most complete remedy we offer, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
For damage you believe we caused, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can investigate while the evidence is fresh. We carry commercial general liability insurance; a certificate is available on request.
What we do not do
Our crews do not handle biohazards or bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations, hoarding cleanouts, exterior work at heights requiring specialized equipment, or the moving of heavy furniture and appliances. If your job involves any of these, contact us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or refer you to someone who can.
Service area
We serve Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Wake Forest, and nearby communities. If you book from outside that area we will contact you to confirm whether we can cover your location before scheduling anything.
Limits
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any claim connected to a job is capped at the amount you paid for that job, plus the cost of the re-clean described above. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost rent or missed move-in dates.
Nothing here limits liability for personal injury or for anything caused by our own gross negligence.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. The terms in force when you booked are the ones that apply to that job.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
How we handle your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
