Do I have to pay up front?+
No. There's no deposit and no payment up front. You're invoiced only after the job is complete, and you can pay by check, direct deposit, or online.
How much does a cleaning cost?+
It depends on the service and the size and condition of the space. Each service page lists the typical price range, the booking form shows the estimated price, and we confirm the final price before the job. Apartment turnovers and post-construction cleaning are quoted for your property, and a new client's first turnover booking includes one free unit cleaning (one per company, with a signed service agreement).
Can I book same-day?+
Same-day service may be available in the Triangle for turnovers, house cleaning, and most services. Pick today's date when you book and we'll confirm by email.
Do you handle full apartment turnovers, not just cleaning?+
Yes. We run the whole turn: move-out cleaning, interior paint, and carpet or floor care, with one crew lead and one invoice. Use us for a single piece or the entire unit. Property managers can book several units in one request and add lockbox or gate codes right on the form.
How does billing work for property management groups?+
We sign a master vendor agreement that locks in your per-unit rates, then invoice each booking once, however many units it covers, with no per-unit paperwork. Net-30 invoicing or pay per job, whichever works for your business. Insured with $1M coverage, certificate of insurance available on request.
